District 214 says cameras installed for St. Viator traffic study violated stadium lease

A traffic consultant for St. Viator High School installed seven traffic monitoring cameras around Northwest Suburban High School District 214’s Forest View Educational Center in Arlington Heights in violation of a lease agreement, officials said.
