Family of King Overton files $100M+ wrongful death lawsuit against SwimRVA

The family of 9-year-old King Overton who drowned at a SwimRVA location in Henrico has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the swim school for $100,350,000.The lawsuit says the employees knew King didn't know how to swim, yet left him in an unstructured "free swim" with only one lifeguard watching the entire pool.
